I graduated from the Department of City and Regional Planning at Dokuz Eylül University, then worked at private planning and mapping firms.

What it brings you today: I learned zoning and mapping processes in the field, not just in theory. This is where the foundation was laid for the solid technical detail in my reports.

My journey began with real estate consulting and evolved into becoming a licensed real estate appraiser with the Capital Markets Board (SPK). I conducted appraisal activities primarily in Izmir and the Aegean Region, as well as in Istanbul and Çanakkale. During the same period, I completed an English-language MBA program at Izmir University of Economics.

What I've gained you today: Over 11 years, I've conducted thousands of valuations in different cities and market conditions, developing the ability to accurately determine the true value of a property.

Within Folkart Yapı, I worked in the Business Development Department, focusing on land and project development – I worked on urban transformation projects, mixed-use residences, villas and detached houses, domestic and international housing projects, shopping malls, and commercial spaces.

What it offers you today: I can see not only the "value" of a plot of land, but also the most productive project that can be developed from that land — a rare perspective that combines valuation with project consulting.

I managed commercial real estate sales/leasing, land purchase and sale, construction contracts, zoning plan preparation, solar energy project management, hotel concept development, and official institution/license processes.

What I offer you today: I know how to manage an end-to-end process, from contracts to permits, from energy projects to hotel concepts — this transforms my consultancy from "advising" to a "process-managing" partnership.

I provide real estate valuation services to public banks and conduct land and project development work with national-scale firms.
