TENDER CONSULTANCY
We comprehensively evaluate the bidding processes for real estate offered for sale by public institutions, municipalities, banks, companies, and other organizations, considering the property's characteristics, market value, bidding conditions, and investment potential.
We examine the ownership, zoning, and current use status of the property subject to the auction; we conduct market research and valuation analyses, along with a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis of the property and the investment decision. By reviewing the auction specifications and sales conditions, we identify factors that may affect the investment decision and create a comprehensive decision-making framework before the auction.
In accordance with the conditions stipulated in the tender specifications, we provide consultancy services for preparing the tender file, checking the necessary information and documents, and monitoring the application process; as well as determining the tender strategy and economic bid limits based on the evaluations and analyses performed.
We participate in tenders on behalf of our clients within the scope of the necessary authorizations; we manage the process in accordance with the determined strategy and bid limits, taking into account the competition and price pressure that may arise during the tender.
The goal is not to win the tender under all circumstances, but to win it under the right circumstances.
